SAVANA: MEAT CUTS
Our animals graze on natural grasslands with abundant pastures. Minerals are added to supplement the nutrients that the pasture does not provide. Because the animals are raised under strict organic certification standards, the meat is free of antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, and synthesized chemical products. Furthermore, the animals are not genetically modified (GMO) or cloned.
WATER BUFFALO MEAT (Bubalus bubalis) – ORGANIC: A very lean, great-tasting, healthy pink meat from free-range animals. The meat is low in fat and cholesterol because of the amount of exercise the animals receive. Unlike other animals that feed on grasses and have yellow fat, buffalo has very little white fat around the peripheral muscles.
